TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I do not accept refunds (Since I send sketches beforehand, I redraw and edit minor changes if I had to before the transaction. This includes the right address so there is no reason to say that I've mistakenly sent it.), if the client wants to cancel the order please cancel beforehand and before paying via E-mail or PM.2. Any design, writing, drawing, idea, or code created for the customer by the artist, is licensed for use for the client to personal uses, and should not be modified or re-distributed (w/o my signature) in any way or form without my consent, but you can repost it anytime with my signature in it or with rightful credit (this is negotiable before and after, just ask me).3. The art should not be used for commercial purposes unless it was part of the agreement or was paid commercially. Artworks should also not be used/fed to AI generation purposes .4. I will not send or give the commissioned work unless the product itself is already fully paid after I send the sketch.5. If the client ever wanted to make some revisions regarding the finished art and has paid the amount, I will propose an amount of charge depending on the revision (though this is avoidable since I will send the sketch of the artwork beforehand).6. The digital good involved in this transaction doesn't need to be shipped.7. I will not copy other artists artstyles and would only do mine. My artworks are not generally rendered when zoomed in but with enough details on its default zoom or if zoomed out for the eyes to see. (In short, if zoomed in it will appear boxy or sketchy but zoomed out it's rendered).8. If I ever found out as the artist that the respective client did not follow any of these terms and conditions, I will send a report or another invoice that will charge the client for violating the terms and conditions and copyright infringement (if there's any or if my signature is cropped whatsoever).9. If the client is unreachable for more than a month, even if the commission has been half paid, the commission will be considered void and the payment non-refundable.10. If the client is disrespectful/rude during the entire process, I have the right as an artist to deny them of service.11. The artworks finished may be used by me for portfolio purposes/social media posts (with rightful credits to the commissioner), unless the client prefers the opposite.

(Payment shall be paid in full after the client had accepted the sketch sent via invoice)By accepting/paying with the invoice transaction, the client has already accepted the terms and conditions.
