TERMS OF SERVICE

1. My digital artworks/commissions are non-refundable. If the client wants to cancel the order, please cancel beforehand and before paying in full via Email or PM.2. Any design, writing, drawing, and idea created for the customer by the artist, is "licensed for use" for the client to personal uses, and should not be modified or re-distributed (without my signature) in any way or form without my consent unless it's for commercial purposes. Reposts should have my signature included in it or with rightful credit—unless negotiated beforehand.3. The art should not be used for commercial purposes, unless it was part of the agreement or was paid commercially. Artworks should also not be used/fed for AI generation purposes .4. I will not send or give the high-quality commissioned work unless the product itself is already fully paid.5. If the client ever wanted to make some revisions regarding the finished art and has paid the amount, I will charge an addtl. charge depending on how detailed or amount of work the revision will take.6. The digital good involved in this transaction doesn't need to be shipped.7. I will not copy other artists artstyles and would only do mine. My style is similar to oil paintings—clear when far, messy near canvas eye-level.8. If the commission is cancelled in the middle of the progress, I have the copyright as the artist to reuse, recycle, modify, and post said art for my own purposes to my portfolio and social media.9. If I ever found out as the artist, that the respective client did not follow any of these terms and conditions. I will send a report or another invoice that will charge the client for violating the terms and conditions and copyright infringement (if there's any or if my signature is cropped whatsoever).10. If the client is unreachable for more than a month, even if the commission has been half-paid, the commission will be considered void and the payment non-refundable.11. If the client is disrespectful/rude during the entire process, I have the right as an artist to deny them of service.12. The artworks finished may be used by me for portfolio purposes/social media posts (with credits to the commissioner), unless the client prefers the opposite.
